The DEA published today proposed rules that, if adopted, would allow electronic prescribing of controlled substances. Electronic comments may be delivered to: dea.diversion.policy@usdoj.gov. Board staff STRONGLY encourages pharmacists to review DEA’s proposed rules in detail and provide comments.
